Ok, so it has been almost a week since my last post and for me that is unacceptable. I didn’t want to reveal my new, well new to WordPress, blog until it was exactly how I wanted it. Due to time constraints and my inability to pick up WordPress right away (@jmccartie ended up having to install it for me, THIS GUY IS THE MAN) I have decided that it will have to be a work in progress. At least this way I will be able to get input from you, my readers.
So my first order of business is to finish linking all the images, as of right now all my pictures are showing as dead links. This job is very simple but as it is time consuming this is probably something I will try and tidy up over the weekend or possibly tonight. (If you know any tips or tricks that could make this process a bit quicker feel free to email me, PLEASE!) My next task is trying to find a theme that I REALLY enjoy. I loved the theme I had on my previous blog but have yet to find anything comparable on WordPress. (If you happen to stumble upon anything similar please shoot me a link) I have also set out a clear vision for my blog; this is a place for me to illustrate my time here in Boulder. I’m not here to report the most up-to-date climbing news, ClimbingNarc already has that covered, I’m not here to post climbing porn, although I will have galleries to climbing areas I have visited but I’m not trying to create a guide by any means. I’ll cover any events of interest I attend here in Boulder. Ultimately this is a forum for me to express myself, thoughts and creativity. If you enjoy the same things as me; Bouldering, Blackberry’s, Snowboarding or live music and you enjoy my insight on these topics then this blog is probably a place for you. Cheers!
