I tried something at this premier that I have never tried before. I took notes. I used the notepad app on my Blackberry Curve 8330 to I write shorthand whatever thoughts, quotes or scenes stuck out in my mind. I was just going to use these notes to write my review but after reading through them I think they have enough insight to my mind (which is what this whole blog is about) to post on their own. I will obviously be following this up with a full review tomorrow but I hope this can entertain you in the meantime. Please let me know what you think of this and leave comments, as it is something that I am experimenting with and if it is well received I will keep it in mind for future postings.

p.s. I edited these notes slightly; fixing spelling mistakes, names to quotes, etc.

p.s.s. When I typed my final note it came exactly at the end of the
movie. I didn’t plan it that way or see it coming. (DO NOT CHEAT AND
SKIP AHEAD)

I really like this concept of posting your notes. Next time hook up a live feed!

  2. Ryan says:

I could definitely twitter my notes next time. That is something I tried at ABS Nationals and while I enjoyed it and the result, I felt like I wasn’t able to get into the event as much as I wanted to(I really need learn how to type sanssight). As far as a live video feed, I think the film maker might may some qualms about that! Although in this day and age a live world premier streamed over the internet? That could be very cool.
