Rest Day

Didn’t do any bouldering today, as I took a rest day. It was much needed too. I woke up this morning and my tips were burning and my shoulders were in pain. Chris, Keifer, Tim and the girls climbed for a half day then we hung out around town. I managed to get off a few frames this morning.
